Though EEAP is mainly aimed at work-related problems, there are a variety of programs that affect an individual’s performance at the workplace. It is also greatly helpful in managing conflict, anger and change at the workplace. One of our aims is to prevent and cope with workplace harassment issues, trauma, and situations. We help organizations and individuals address issues of stress arising out of the age-wise or circumstance-wise change need.
