Position 1: Search engine optimization (SEO/SMO) analyst

The SEO/SMO Analyst is responsible for implementing SEO and social media strategies for the company or the clients. The SEO/SMO Analyst can quickly understand and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of campaigns.

Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

  • Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
  • Administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools) for purposes of diagnostic reporting on client projects
  • Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
  • Implement link building campaigns in coordination with SEO goals
  • Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals
  • Keep pace with SEO, search engine, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments
  • Research and administer social media tools in support of clients’ social media strategy
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals

Professional Skills & Qualifications

  • Understanding of  Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool
  • Experience working with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc)
  • Experience working with CMS and building/administering content in CMS environments

Desired: Knowledge of mainly WordPress, HTML/CSS and website administrations

Position 2: Trainer – Aptitude Test

Job description: training engineering students on quantitative aptitude, verbal logic, non verbal logic, relationship questions and special aptitude. Trainer can work either on freelance or full time basis. S/he will have to train students in classrooms of respective colleges at various colleges.

 

Position 3: Tele Caller

We invite applications from professionals for tele calling. We need males and females to become a part of our marketing team. Professionals working in this position direct team of marketing executives for their daily schedule. The responsibilities will also include calling various corporate/ institutional clients/ prospects and setting up meeting for briefing of products.

The candidates must have following skills –

    • Good command over English and Hindi language
    • Professional manners in handling telephonic conversations
    • Ability of writing appropriate notes for the call
    • Keen sense of rapport building and follow-up

 

Position 4: Sales & Marketing Executives/ Managers

We invite applications from marketing professionals for our educational and corporate offerings. We need males and females to become a part of our marketing team. Professionals working in this position will work on the forefront and conduct meetings with HR managers/ Production Managers/ Institutional Directors to brief our products and achieve sales.

The candidates must have following skills –

      • Good command over English and Hindi language
      • Professional manners in handling telephonic conversations
      • Traveling within or outside of the city for meetings
      • Ability of writing appropriate notes for the visits
      • Keen sense of rapport building and follow-up
